Baked vanilla donuts with white-choc rose water glaze & 100’s & 1000’s

So…this is attempt nr.2

I tried my hand at a different recipe for the gluten free baked donuts taken from – link below.

As I am not too fussed with almond milk & coconut oil, I substituted full cream milk & normal sunflower oil and it worked wonderfully.

I did not have food colouring at hand & therefore made my own glaze with a blend of melted white chocolate chips + icing snow + a little milk, a dash of rose water & finished it off with a sprinkling of 100’s and 1000’s (cause who doesn’t love them right)

Popping out to the shops tomorrow for some colouring options & possible icing pens to experiment more with possible patterns & other designs – such fun!
